Warranty Policy – Sigma X5

The Sigma X5 LED off-road light is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty of up to 5 years from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Registration

To validate the warranty, the customer must register the product on our website www.specialighting.com, providing:

• The product serial number.

• The purchase invoice or equivalent proof of purchase.

Registration must be completed within the first 30 days after purchase.

2. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the normal operation of the product for up to 5 years from the registered purchase date.

The warranty includes:

• Internal electrical failures due to manufacturing defects.

• Assembly or production defects.

• Water ingress into the light housing caused by defective seals or manufacturing faults.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following cases:

• Incorrect installation or installation performed by non-qualified personnel.

• Improper, abusive, or non-recommended use of the product.

• Damage caused by accidents, impacts, crashes, drops, or exposure to chemicals.

• Internal humidity or condensation resulting from improper handling or poor installation.

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, the customer must:

1. Contact our customer service team via [email/phone].

2. Provide the registered serial number and purchase invoice.

3. Submit photographs or evidence of the defect for initial evaluation.

Once the claim is approved, one of the following actions will be taken:

• Repair of the product.

• Replacement with a new or equivalent unit.

• Store credit applicable to the purchase of a new product, if repair or replacement is not possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

The manufacturer’s responsibility is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or store credit of the defective product.

Under no circumstances will additional costs such as installation labor, transportation, indirect damages, or losses caused by product malfunction be covered.
